Goals of Integration Massage
Integration Massage & Bodywork Therapy is multidisciplinary therapeutic massage service on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
The purpose of Integration Massage & Bodywork Therapy is to aid all types of clients in identifying and releasing stress and neuromuscular holding patterns that cause tension throughout the body.
Our goal for each appointment is to help rejuvenate each person’s mind, body and spirit.
Massage Services
I am a certified massage therapist, and have been providing therapeutic massage and bodywork on the Outer Banks since 1997.
Together with several other talented, licensed professionals, Integration Massage & Bodywork Therapy works with all types clients:
- Visitors coming to the Outer Banks to relax and let go
- People suffering from injury and pain
- Others seeking to heal long-term challenges with their bodies or to relieve stress and tension
A brief interview, as well as hands on assessment, allows us to customize each session. Personalized sessions draw from a variety of techniques:
- Swedish Massage, including Deep Tissue/Injury Therapy and Sports Massage
- Headache and/or TMJ Treatment
- Lymph Drainage Therapy
- Craniosacral Therapy
- Hot Stone Massage
- Prenatal Massage
- Canine Massage
- Couples Massage
- On-Site Group Massage
We provide massage services at our two studio locations in Kitty Hawk & Nags Head, as well as mobile massage therapy services along the Outer Banks.
